During temporary closures, for Limitless pay monthly members, your membership would have been frozen and you would not have been charged in this period.
For annual pay upfront members, your membership has been extended by the amount of time you have missed out on, including an additional period for July. To confirm your updated expiry date, login to your Limitless account online, and go to “My Limitless”.
For both upfront and direct debit monthly members, we will not be charging you for July - our way of saying thank you for your patience.
