Cancelling myLIMITLESS
You can cancel your monthly myLIMITLESS subscription online by logging into your ODEON account and visiting the ‘Membership’ section of your profile.
If you are within your minimum term, your earliest cancellation date can only apply after the end of your minimum term.
Changing, Cancelling or Refunding a Booking
If you’re an ODEON Extras or myLIMITLESS member, you can cancel a booking as long as the film has not started within 2 hours.
⚠️ Bookings cannot be amended — please cancel your existing booking and make a new reservation.
To cancel, simply use the ODEON App (available on iOS and Android):
- Go to My Profile in the ODEON App.
- Select Purchases, then choose your booking.
- Tap Refund → Refund Order.
