If you believe you have misplaced an item in one of our cinemas, please return and speak to a member of our team as soon as possible. Our venues open 15 minutes before the first film each day.
Although we do not take responsibility for items lost in our cinemas, we will always do our best to reunite you with your lost property.
If we find a high-value item (credit cards, store cards, money, cheque books, jewellery and mobile phones) we will log it before storing it securely. A manager will attempt to identify and contact you. If that’s not possible, we will retain the item for one month before destroying or recycling it responsibly.
